Catholic Campus Ministry

Serving LHU Catholics and Friends

MASS SCHEDULE:

SUNDAY MASSES

Students are always welcome to Sunday Masses at both Immaculate Conception Church (310 W. Water St.) and

St. Agnes (605 W. Walnut St. at 5:30 PM.)

  • Saturday:  5:00 PM at St. Agnes

  • Sunday:  8:30 AM at Immaculate Conception

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM at St. Agnes

WEEK DAY MASSES AT THE NEWMAN CENTER These Masses take place at the Newman Center Chapel (455 W. Main St.) at 5:30 PM once each month.  On Wednesdays when the Newman Community does not host a Mass, we celebrate a Liturgy of the Word which centers around the Scripture readings.  Community dinners follow the service each week.

THE LITURGICAL MINISTRIES: 

The Newman Community is looking for ministers to serve at Mass.  We need lectors and Communion Ministers as well as vocalists and instrumentalists for our Newman Choir.  If you are interested in serving through one or more of these important ministries, please contact one of our campus ministers.

    • a recognized student organization of the LHU Student Cooperative Council. 

    • a ministry of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown.
